All of our wines are fermented by native yeast with extended maturation in concrete and French oak.
2018 RHÔNE BLEND, Columbia Valley
Enticing notes of wild bramble berries, dark cherry and black pepper on the nose. A juicy entry is accompanied by balanced acidity and slightly dusty tannins that provide the ideal backdrop for this wine’s complex flavor profile. Bramble berries on the palate are intertwined with fresh oregano, game and earthy minerality.
2018 CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Columbia Valley
The dark cherry color of this wine is echoed in its aromas, with notes of tobacco, cedar, black cherries, and a hint of chocolate. It opens your palate with firm but plush tannins and bright fruit flavors of red currents and cherries before moving into a juicy mid-palate that's complemented with tobacco, sweet oak, and a firmly structured finish.
