We pursue our favorite wine styles which vary from vintage to vintage based on what Mother Nature provides us from our Estate Vineyards in Columbia Valley AVA.
All of our wines are fermented by native yeast with extended maturation in concrete and French oak.
2017 RHONE BLEND, Columbia Valley
Wild berry aromas are complemented by notes of black pepper, forest floor, purple flowers and sage. The wine is elegant and supple in texture, offering dark, juicy flavors of licorice, blackberry compote, fresh tar and cured meats. Soft, fleshy tannins gradually build to a long, well-rounded finish.
2017 CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Columbia Valley
Classic aromas of dried fig, black cherry, licorice and cassis combine with herbaceous notes of cedar, cigar box, wild herbs and incense. The wine is rich and concentrated in texture, showing intense flavors of blackberry reduction, bitter dark chocolate, dried herbs and gravel. Densely packed tannins provide excellent weight, slowly drawing out the palate to a smooth and opulent finish.
